There are two basic rules, which if followed, would eventually help you attract whatever it is you want to attract in your life. The first rule would be: Whatever it is that you want, you have to want it more for someone else. I know for those of you who are thinking more about their own personal needs than of the needs of others, might sound pretty crazy, but it’s not, and if you, for example think about that life coach who intends on making a change in other peoples lives, helping them see the beauty and the great potential that lies in each and every one of them… you will realize that it’s not crazy at all…
Anything you want, can and will be yours as long as you’re not the only one who would benefit from it, but those around you also. If you are planning on harming another human being because of something he might have said or done, holding on to anger and grudge, you will be the one that will eventually get hurt and injured emotionally, because all of that pain will eventually come back to you, and because you get what you give in life.
You see, the more we give the more we receive, and the moment we realize that wanting something more for others than for one’s self is something as natural as the air that we breath every single moment of our lives, the Universe would eventually pay us back, it always does. If you don’t believe me, take a closer look at the world you live in, and all that is provided for you at no cost. As you wake up every morning, do you see the sky, do you see the Sun shinning, and do you feel it’s warmth? These are nothing more than proofs of unconditional love.

Just think how essential the air really is for the survival of our species. The air just is, present for all of those who need to use it, is there for us all and has no expectations. It expects nothing in return for the huge favor it does to all of us. We owe our lives to it.
Why wouldn’t the same thing be available for us? From all of the great lessons I have learned so far and from all of the great wisdom I have had the privilege of coming in contact with, all of them have the same message for all of us. You want something? Can you desire that something more for others? If you can, you will have no problem with achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve in your life, being willing to give to others as much as possible without expecting anything in return, and because of that, you will always receive more in return. I am not only talking about material wealth here, about money and possessions and giving them away, but also about caring for others, no matter how old they are, no matter what their religion might be, no matter what color they are, no matter their IQ’s etc. . If you ask me, the greatest treasure we can give to our fellow man is LOVE. Love is the full package. Kindness, affection, an advice, your time, these are few of the many precious gifts you can give to others, and not only would you make their lives brighter, but yours also, and by doing this you might also discover that those things you were after, those things you were so eager to achieve, weren’t really what you needed.
The Universe works in mysterious ways and a lot of times we end up in all kind of situations that would prove us just that and what we wanted wasn’t exactly what we really needed, and by trusting in the very wisdom that created us all, we will always receive only that which we truly need and deserve… and this is where we go to the second rule of attracting anything we want in our lives, and according to this rule, you have to See yourself as already having achieved those dreams and goals, feel those feelings that come from that and see how empowered you get. Be willing to let it all go, release them all.Your dreams, the need to make them happen and also the idea that it might never happen… Release them go and surrender.
I know, I know. The second crazy idea for today, but in order for you to really make your dreams happen, and a lot of times faster than you have ever dreamed off or imagined, you have to learn to release the need of trying to control the outcome; release both the need to have that happen and also accept the idea that it might never happen. I know there are a lot of people who think that holding on to that desire will eventually make their dreams come true, and even though it does work from time to time, for the most part it doesn’t. When you go to a restaurant to have a nice dinner with the person you love, do you tell the waiter every 5 minutes what you want to order? Of course not. That will be crazy andyou would proabably get kicked out if you continue doing it. The same goes with your dreams and goals. You place the order to the Universe and then you let it all go, trusting that it will all be taken cared of.
By letting go, both of the need to have it happening and also the possibility of it not happening, you will know what freedom really feels like and you will be less stressed. That doesn’t mean you should just abandon everything you are doing and become lazy, sitting on the couch in your pajamas all day, watching TV and eating all kind of junk food, simply because you have released your need to have it and also accepted the possibility of it not happening and you can relax from now on. Do what needs to be done, take the right action, do your job, let go of the outcome, step back and choose to be present in the now, choose to enjoy life and see how great that feels.
I can tell you from my own experience that, not only you’ll not get the results you want if you’re not willing to detach yourself from the outcome, but you will also feel miserable, not being able to enjoy your day to day life, worrying, wondering whether your dreams would come true or not. How could anyone enjoy life by doing this? How could you enjoy anything, how could you enjoy the beauty that is present all around you, the wonderful things that are already present in your life when all you can think about is that end result. I saw a lot of people who became obsessed with their dreams and goals and eventually lost touch with who they really were, becoming neurotics and a pain in the ass all of those people around them, not a pleasure to be around them.
We can all detach ourselves from that end result, trust me. It’s not something impossible, even though it might look that way at first. If I can do it and if other people before me could, and still can, you can do it also. It might take practice, but if you really believe that to be possible and if you really believe in your beliefs, you will see how, in time you will get better and better at it and what looked as impossible to you before, now comes naturally. By doing this, not only you’ll manage to set yourself free from the prison of your own mind and limitations that you have had no idea you were in until now, but you will be really happy for the first time in your life.
Of course you can think about your dreams from time to time, you can think about your plans and goals, but only as a reminder of where you are headed, knowing that by releasing them, you were in fact trusting that the Universe will take care of it, accepting the idea that it would all be taken cared of, without you trying to interfere, knowing that it will all be all right. It’s enough for you to program that dream, goal or whatever in your mind, knowing that it will transmit the right amount of energy in the Universe, allowing your brain to unconsciously start working for you, helping you to attract all the right people, situations, circumstances, ideas etc. , you might need in order to make your dreams come true. The best part is that you don’t need to understand the making process and that all you need to do is know that it will all be taken cared of. Do your job and then step back and allow the Universe to take care of the rest.

I posted a question on our facebook page last week, asking my dear facebook friends how good are they at manifesting things, how good are they at attracting what they want in their lives, and usually they engage and answer to these questions but this time, not so much, and I thought that maybe it’s time to write a post on how to manifest wonderful things, how to attract that which you want and need in your life, in order to live a happy, meaningful, healthy and prosperous life.
So let’s start.
1. First, you want to Know WHAT you want. Ask yourself: What is it that I want? What do I need in my life in order to really be happy?
2. Know WHY do you want what you want. Know why do you want what you want, and make sure that it’s exactly what you need, because you see, just as the saying goes: “Be careful what you wish for, cause you just might get it, and that is why it’s so important to acknowledge why you want what you want and if you really need it or not.
3. Know who would benefit from it. Who would benefit from having these things happen?Who would benefit once you have these wishes fulfilled? Is it only you or are there any other people involved? The more people will benefit from it, the better. For example, I want to help as many people as possible to discover their unique gifts and talents, to discover how beautiful and powerful they really are, and to help them make their lives a master peace. This is just an example so that you will get a better picture of what I am talking about.
4. Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. How would you feel once you get what you want? How would you feel once you have this wishes materialized? How would you feel once you make your dreams become reality? Powerful, free, happy, content, relaxed, joyful? Then choose to embrace all of these feelings, as if whatever you want, has already happened. Start with the end in mind and assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
5. Act as if. Know that whatever you want, it’s already here and it’s only a matter of time until you bring it into form. It’s just like Wayne Dyer said it: “Everything that is created in the universe is here already. We are not really creators as much as we are recombiners of everything.” Know that whatever you need, the Universe will supply. Know it and act upon this knowing. Leave all or your doubts behind.
6. Choose GRATITUDE over whining and complaining. Leave your whining, criticism, doubts, complains, etc. behind and choose to express gratitude for every single thing in your life. Feel all of those feelings that come from having all your needs and desires met, and choose to express your gratitude for them all, every single day.
7. Let go of doubt. A lot of people say that they want to get good at manifesting, that they want to work on improving themselves, and also on attracting all kind of great things in their lives, and they stay on the right track for a couple of days, weeks, or maybe months, and then they give up. Because they don’t see things happening as fast as they would like them to happen, they give up. They start complaining that it’s not working, that it will never happen, that it only works for a few people, etc., and most of them give up, not knowing that what they need it’s already on the way, and they go back to being a victim.
Whether you believe it or not, there are people who are so accustomed to playing the victim card, there are people who, whenever things start working a lot more better for themselves, they get scared and they find a way to be unhappy again. It’s much easier to do that then take responsibility for your life and for the incredible power that is hidden in each and every single one of us.
8. Meditate to manifest. Another thing you might want to do, is to mediate, and while you meditate, pick on thing that you want to achieve. See yourself already as already being there, see yourself as already having achieved your dreams, your goals and desires, and see how happy you are, feel those feelings, get familiar with them, embrace them, own them. Don’t put a deadline on your dreams, but rather know that it’s going to happen, it happened in your mind and it will definitely happen in the real life, and be ready to embrace the opportunities that will come your way, be ready to encounter all kind of wonderful people who would want to help you get wherever you want to get, and also, get ready for all kind of interesting “coincidences” that will come your way.
I personally meditate on what I want to create in the morning, after I wake up, before having breakfast; and before I go to bed, I meditate, to express my gratitude for all the things that happened during the day, and all the things that didn’t but I know they will, and I thank for them all in advance, because you see, the best way to attract what you want in your life, is to express your gratitude in advance, and really mean it, and really feel it. By doing so, wonderful things will happen to you, with you, and because of you.
For me, doing all of the above worked really good so far, and I know it will for you too, because you see, when you really want something, and especially, if that something will help others also, the whole Universe will conspire to have your needs met. We are not alone. If we ask, we will receive, but if we don’t because we “know” that nothing will happen, in the end we will get exactly what we expect to get, NOTHING.

It sounds like such a cliché to say that most of what we’re seeking is already within us, but nonetheless, it’s true.
Happiness doesn’t only exist in some perfect tomorrow when our circumstances look ideal. It’s a moment-to-moment choice that has to do with how we perceive and respond to what’s in front of us. We can choose happiness right now.
Peace doesn’t only exist in some time without obstacles or troubles. It’s something we can feel by accepting what is, doing our best, and believing that’s good enough. We can choose peace right now.
Love doesn’t only exist in a storybook relationship with the perfect person. It’s something we can nurture within ourselves in any moment and then share with the people and the world around us. We can choose love right now.
Success doesn’t only exist in epic achievement, some day down the road. It’s what we feel when we honor the things that matter to us instead of making excuses why we can’t. We can choose success right now.
We can choose what we think. We can choose what we believe. We can choose how we react. We can choose how we act.
This moment is all there is—and while we can’t control everything about it, we can choose who we are and what we do within it.
What do you choose right now?
Life is what you make it. Everything that is happening in your life is a result of what you have given out in your thoughts and feelings. Your destiny is based on how you think and the way you feel about everything.
